before making your reservations.
- Only rentals for 3 days or longer will
be considered. A 50% deposit of the total amount is
required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can
be made by bank wire directly into our bank account
(you pay all wire transfer fees) or credit card with
3.5% fee. Please keep in mind prices on our website
does NOT include a 3.5% processing charge for ALL reservations
made. However, there is a 3.5% discount for payments
made via wire transfer to our USA bank account.
- Payment Terms: (Reservation
total will include rental, booking fee, credit card
fee if applicable, Security Deposit and any other extra
fee that pertains to early check-in and late check-out)
* If the reservation is made more than 15 days prior
to arrival than 50% shall be paid at the time of the
reservation and the balance due is due 15 days prior
to the arrival check-in date.
* If the reservation is made less than 15 days prior
to arrival 100% of the reservation fee is payable upon
reserving the property.
- Upon arrival, our staff will meet you
at your apartment with your keys and orient you with
the apartment. We will also collect a damage deposit
that will be refunded after your stay, provided that
everything is in the same condition as when you arrived.
If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay
the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more
than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining
Security deposits are payable via wire transfer or Credit
card. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property
or missing items.
- A passport or national ID must be presented
at the check-in. The use of the property by more than
the capacity limits of the property will result in the
immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- Anyone booking an apartment agrees not
to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbors
complain and/or the police are called, it may result
in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of
the time of day or night. This will also result in the
loss of prepaid rent. Quiet time in the properties is
from 10 PM to 10 AM.
- Rental guests agree not to exceed the maximum
occupancy listed on the website. If rental guests exceed
the maximum occupancy of the apartment, owner/manager
may immediately evict them with no refund of the unused
portion of the rental period. At NO time can the maximum
occupancy be exceeded.
- By booking with our firm you agree to our
terms and conditions and expected to abide by these
rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules
upon check-in on your date of arrival.
- Our fee on our website (each property has
its own price posted) includes all taxes, fees utility
and expenses. Please note the check-in times. All properties
have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out. Early check-in
or late check-out may be available for an additional
cost. Please inquire when making your booking if you
are interested in these options. Please note if you
are checking in or check-out outside of our normal working
hours (9 AM to 5:30 PM) there is an additional fee of
u$s25 that must be paid. If you are doing the check-in
or check-out from 9 PM to 7 AM that fee is u$s 35. This
fee does NOT go to our firm. It goes to the person making
the outside of normal hours check-in/out.
- Cancellation Policy and Terms:
* If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days prior
to the check-in arrival date, 30% of the total reservation
is non-refundable as well as the $45 booking fee.
*If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior
to arrival, 100% of the rental fee is non-refundable.
- Please note that Buenos Aires Housing
has no control over building services like pools or
gyms. Most pools are only operated during the summer
months so please inquire at the time of booking when
the building typically opens the pool. Buenos Aires
Housing is not responsible if the building has the pool
or gym closed for maintenance.
- All bookings no matter how long or short
have an administrative booking surcharge fee of US$
45. Please add this on to all bookings. The prices on
our website include all taxes, utilities and fees except
this us$ 45 administrative fee. Our prices include the

- At the check in the contract is presented
in both English and Spanish. All valid contracts here
in Argentina are in Spanish but we are providing an
English copy for your review. Both copies must be signed
